I joined the team in 2005. My duties involve running the state-of-the-art sterilisation set up, monitoring and evolving ideal systems. I need to be expert in all aspects of sterility and regularly attend update-training courses. I consider my role extremely important because all clinicians and patients are dependant on my department for their safety from infection.
