Terms and Conditions for Teeth Whitening Special Offer

This special offer for teeth whitening services (the “Offer”) is provided by Roy Morris Dental Excellence (the “Provider”). By booking and/or receiving the teeth whitening service under this Offer, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Offer Details:

Offer: Discounted Teeth Whitening/ Bleaching for £349.
Price: The special offer price is £349 (the “Offer Price”). This price is valid for the specified treatment only and may not include other services or products.
Validity: This Offer is valid from 14th Feb 2025 to 31st March 2025 (the “Offer Period”). Treatments must be booked and completed within the Offer Period to qualify for the Offer Price.
Availability: Appointments are subject to availability. Booking in advance is highly recommended. The Provider reserves the right to limit the number of Offer appointments available.

2. Eligibility:

This Offer is available to new and existing clients unless otherwise stated.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse the Offer to any individual at its discretion.
Certain medical conditions may disqualify individuals from teeth whitening treatment. A consultation with the Provider is required to determine suitability.

3. Booking and Cancellation:

Appointments must be booked in advance. Walk-ins may be accommodated if availability permits, but the Offer Price is not guaranteed without a prior booking.
A 24 hour/day cancellation notice is required. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge of a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Treatment:

A consultation is required prior to the teeth whitening treatment to assess suitability and discuss treatment options.
The Offer Price applies to the specified treatment only. Any additional treatments or products requested will be charged separately at their regular price.
Results may vary from person to person. The Provider does not guarantee specific results.
The Provider reserves the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the Client.

5. Payment:

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.
The Offer Price cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless explicitly stated.

6. Limitation of Liability:

The Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Offer or the teeth whitening treatment.
The Provider’s liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the treatment.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

The Provider reserves the right to modify or terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this website.

8. Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the England.
