Maintaining a healthy smile doesn’t have to be complicated! Just remember these simple steps:

✅ Brush for 2 minutes, twice a day with fluoride toothpaste.
✅ Clean between your teeth daily with floss or interdental brushes.
✅ Use fluoride mouthwash every day.
✅ Limit sugary foods and drinks.
✅ Visit your dentist regularly.
